• Job Details:Collaborating with colleges annually to research and develop production to align with the university’s strategic marketing Plan, reach and audience engagement data. Curating the university’s films, working both independently and with contractors to host two film seasons; each film includes off-site events that promote the university. Developing annual budget for film, performing arts, and studio events in partnership with the VPFA, Student affaires and other relevant departments. Managing studio’s budgets; tracking and processing invoices; coordinating the purchase of materials and equipment as needed; tracking shipments and paying fees and shipping costs. Processing and managing performer and teaching students, as well as, College of mass communication. Arranging and coordinating transportation, lodging, and hospitality for extras and out source free lancers as needed. Coordinating the maintenance and troubleshooting of relevant equipment booth equipment while also managing relationship with professors.
