• Job Details:• Implement social activities and events for Alumni • Answer Alumni queries and work on papers requested such as recommendation letters, testimony and applications from other universities through e-mails or walk-ins. • Follow up on issuing official documents requested by graduates such as Transcript, Certificate and Degree confirmation from concerned departments and send them to graduates by courier. • Assist in the MIU Employment Fair preparation. • Contact companies for the Student Summer Training Program (SSTP) and schedule interviews with students. • Establish and maintain contacts with companies that offer services and recruitment opportunities for MIU Alumni. • Manage the MIU-Alumni Facebook Page, respond to Alumni inquires on face book group. • Post vacancies requested by Companies on Alumni Facebook Group.
