and sending it to the General Assembly.

8. Get Media Sponsors for festivals.

9. Ensuring that all the organization's events are documented

10. Responsible for publicity materials, which includes the organization brochure, flyer, personal cards and other prints

1. Preparing and translating all the website content and updates
2. Update the website content
3. Overseeing the newsletter designs and visual identity
4. Updating newsletter mailing lists continuously
5. Preparing and translating the content of the e-newsletter and sending it to different mailing lists.
