• Job Details: Assist in office management.  Events management & organizer.  Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments and visiting programs for managers.  Provide general support to visitors  Deal with customer complaints or issues.  Manage travel bookings.  Maintaining the databases, generating reports.  Responsible for the analysis and reporting of the tasks.  Provide support and assistance to the Logistics Supervisor with key functions within the Logistics department.  Contacting and dealing with suppliers and quotations considering the budget.  Mainly response to production queries from both customers and internal staff.  Provide Clients with Order confirmations.  Prepare invoices for label printing.  Handle shipments documents.  Provide logistical support in the organization of high level events. This includes helping confirm hotel, arrangements, transport and other necessaries.
