• Job Details:i am senior agent and a floorwalker, supporting and dealing with different agents on a daily basis, giving and explaining information for them on spot. also delivering sessions for knowledge, also giving them soft skills sessions. Also i am dealing directly with Irish customers sorting their issues providing the best customer service. recently i have been promoted to be acting as Team Leader, leading 16 agents on a coaching and managerial level.
