• Job Details:- Certified Professional Support in AVEVA Wonderware and Indusoft/Edge products: (AVEVA application server, InTouch HMI, InTouch OMI, OI server, AVEVA Edge HMI, AVEVA Historian) - Coach and train newcomers to the team. - Provide mentorship to junior team members. - Act as a Consultant and respond to customer inquiries to explain the proposed solution and provide workarounds as needed. - Troubleshoot complex software issues. - Troubleshoot complex communication issues (OPC, OPC UA, Modbus, MQTT, SuiteLink, DCOM) - Provide support to Presales team member to solve complex technical issues or find alternative solution. - Reproduce (on cloud/local VM) problems customers are experiencing, investigates and proposes workarounds, and interfaces with R&D to obtain solutions.
