• Job Details:Head of Human Resources at Step Up Youth Initiative Location: Alexandria, Egypt , Company Industry: Administration Job Role: Human Resources/Personnel February 2011 - Present My Work at the initiative: Its my job summary, my responsibilities & duties JOB SUMMARY: The Human Resource head is responsible for providing support in the various human resource functions, which include recruitment, staffing, training and development, and performance monitoring RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES: - Coordinate staff recruitment and selection process. - Ensure that accurate job descriptions are in place at the program - Provide advice and assistance when conducting staff performance evaluations - Identify training and development opportunities in coordination with programs’ head - Help in preparation of the training sessions. - Monitor staff performance and attendance activities. - Monitor daily attendance in coordination with Organizing Committee. - Understand causes for staff & members absences. - Recommend solutions to resolve chronic attendance difficulties. - Provide advice and recommendations on disciplinary actions in coordination with the legal unit.
