• Job Details:Leading a team consists of 27 members.  Responsible for data validation, cleansing, collection, and reporting.  Need to implement listening queries in social media measurement tools to monitor "brand-specific" online conversation in target relevant sites.  Organizing information and assessment research into reports as directed.  Translating, editing and reviewing verbatim report.  Project setup; researching organizations, markets and brands; preparing and conducting searches.  Be able to find and/or access primary sources of market data and intelligence.  Have good research skills and familiarity with data sources on varies social media platforms.  Maintain familiarity with social media tools.  A positive attitude and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment with tight deadlines and a rapidly-changing market space.  Working knowledge of consumer-generated media and internet- based research.  Contribute to high-quality, client ready research reports within assigned time.  Be able to identify new and interesting sites to include in analyses, perform both quantitative and qualitative analyses on data and support all findings.  Meet internal and external project deadlines to ensure client satisfaction.  Perform other work as required to meet business needs.  Other duties as assigned by Dubai Head Office.  Assisting in customer satisfaction surveys.  Coordinating between client requirements and research/analysis departments, including teams in other Carma offices.  Assisting with preparing client reports with a focus on consumer behavior, consumer sentiment, client vs. competitor coverage, etc.
