• Job Details:• Ensure confidential treatment of expats personnel data • Contact person with multiple dedicated insurance companies and Embassies. • Negotiates and finalizes contracts between hospital and organizations seeking healthcare services for their employees • Data revenue analysis • Follow up patient’s satisfaction index • Develops marketing plan for International Relations department to increase existent client referral rates and develop new client base and prospects • Maintain proper documentation of activities and communications • Cost control (invoices, estimation, rates, etc.) with respect to Staff Department’s valid service agreements • Weekly/monthly input to the weekly/monthly report
