  • Job Details:Review, Collect , Analysis Data as (revenue – invoices – variation orders- cash in – cash out) for approximately 50 projects, Coordinate , Solving problems with cost control department , financial department and projects managers to make sure projects are on the track , according to data analysis I lead my team to prepare reports of (cash flow - work progress – variation orders status - subcontractors log) that presented to COO and CEO monthly , in addition to my work I mainly participated in establishing ERP (ODOO) through providing workshops for all projects technical offices on how to enter subcontractors ‘invoices on Odoo, I helped in establishing subcontractor invoices cycle on Odoo from entering invoices on site till financial approval. Since march 2024, I work as budgeting controller in association with cost control department, to make sure projects indirect expenses (Cars, Accommodation, Security, Weavers, …. etc.) within approved budget, I responsible for preparing a quarter report that presented to COO and Managing director, in addition to my work I audit on warehouses for approximately 50 projects through highlighting on issues to be presented for COO and Managing director.
