• Job Details:Preparing customer invoices based on accounting procedures on Odoo system. Send E-invoices to the portal . Tracking & upload collection payments of customers on system . Reconcile payments & their invoices on system . Reconcile monthly total Revenue against total revenue on portal to ensure they matched. Submitting daily reports to management on accounts receivable operations . Assist with month-end close processes and provide support for audits .
