• Job Details:• Responsible for recruitment cycle by coordinating job posting on Website, reviewing resumes, performing telephone interviews and make the first interview with candidates. • Contact candidates for interview and manage interview timings. • Establishes employee’s files. • Responsible for signing the contract and receive the employment documents from the new hires. • Establishes Data base for recruitment department includes (Name, graduation year,major.department,hiring date, seniority level) • Follow up the attendance of the employees.
