• Job Details:- Recruitment for white and blue collar. - Suggest proper media for approaching the right calibers and posting new vacancies over different types of channels to create a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need. - Monitor key HR metrics, including time-to-fill, time-to-hire and source of hire. - Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings. - Create an organization chart and job description for all the positions in the company.

HR Recruiter & Personnel Specialist

• Job Details:- Response to filling various positions for the business through job posts across platforms like LinkedIn, Forasna and Wuzzuf. - Responsible for completing the hiring process including screen resumes, phone interviews and scheduling interviews with candidates with clients. - Follow-up with candidates until they get accepted. - Be a point of contact between the candidate and the company during the selection process. - Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts and new hire guides. - Update internal databases (e.g. record sick or maternity leave). - Implement the employment procedure in relation to the hiring and resignation/termination process, to ensure full compliance with the labor law and organizations policies and procedures.

Accountant and Treasury Accountant

• Job Details:- Prepare journal entries: a record of a financial transaction. - Plan and organize daily activities of treasury functions including cash management and credit. - Receive all today order payments from delivery team. - Make and follow bank deposit from dealers on the system. - Follow the dealer incentives. - Update the payment on the dealer account on QuickBooks to match the cash with the system. - Daily update of cash position for all bank accounts.
