• Job Details:- Manage and closely monitor publications, media, COE Project website (CMS) and social media platforms for announcements, events, advertising scholarships and training opportunities in addition to job openings and other project activities. Please check: https://coe-energy.com fb.me/coe.energy.egypt linkedin.com/company/coe-energy - Ensure compliance with USAID Branding and Marking guidelines for all project publications and deliverables whether offline or online. - Compile team input on project activities and draft USAID progress reports. - Communicate with partner universities to decide on most suitable media content and prepare for co-sponsored events and activities. - Promote diversity and inclusion in all media related to COE Energy to ensure equal opportunities for all. - Responsible for the Arabic content of all communications materials and correspondence including all Arabic write-ups such progress reports, official letters, and social media posts, in addition to all official translation from and to Arabic.

Communication Managerand OutreachFull Time

• Job Details:- Led SEED Communications and Outreach efforts including conducting an outreach strategy that includes a focus on women and youth entrepreneurs and MSME owners. - Responsible for SEED compliance with its Branding and Marking Plan to be used for all communication activities and events. - Developed communications and outreach mechanisms and materials to further SEED program objectives including planning and conducting project launches and events. - Supported SEED website; oversight and download materials while ensuring it is updated on regular basis. - Developed communication and Coordinate all SEED forums, workshops, and events from the standpoint of USAID involvement and approvals (e.g. approval of the briefer, USAID speaker where applicable, etc.).
