• Job Details:Gathering and monitoring financial data (sales revenues and liabilities) . ● Preparing monthly, quarterly and annual statements (balance sheets and income statements). ● Perform month-end and year-end close processes. ● Prepare budgets (for the entire hospital and by department). ● Follow up the treasury movement on a daily basis and record its restrictions. ● Disburse cash amounts according to the disbursement plan. ● Disburse any amounts after approval by the financial manager. ● Receive and record revenues. ● Follow up on bank balances and their movement. ● Raising daily restrictions to the financial affairs manager and approving them. ● Calculating monthly wages and salaries based on the entered data.
