• Job Details:* Safeguard the company's interests and rights by assuring that all corporate activities adhere to the applicable laws and regulations and comply with NTRA directives. * Diligently draft, review and amend various types of contracts and agreements in both English and Arabic languages. * Translation Of legal documents from Arabic to English and vice versa. * Conducting legal research on different topics of laws and preparation of legal opinions in order to safeguard the company’s interests. * Drafting both internal and external memos, letters, delegations, POAs .....etc. * Drafting/reviewing/amending all correspondences of other departments and are directed to external entities. * Handling lawsuits filled from/ against the company in coordination with the external law firm. * Drafting all the corporate matters related to the company and its subsidiaries as Board of Directors, General Assembly meetings, Extraordinary General Assembly meetings and Executive committees. * Contribute in technical negotiations with contractor, vendors .... etc if required. *Creating a more improved filing system for both incoming and outgoing letters. *Assist in drafting joint-venture agreements and shareholders agreement. *Draft and revise different company policies like: code of conduct, anti-corruption, anti-money laundering
