• Job Details:• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) systems like Manatal. • Execute end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, referrals, etc.). • Proactively identify and attract top talent by utilizing various sourcing strategies, such as networking, online platforms, industry events, and partnerships with educational institutions. • Assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit through in-depth interviews, reference checks, and assessment tools to ensure alignment with job requirements and organizational values. • Develop and maintain the employer brand through effective communication of the organization's mission, values, culture, and career opportunities to attract and engage potential candidates. • Partner with hiring managers to understand their talent needs, create job descriptions, and develop recruitment strategies to fill open positions in a timely manner. • Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, providing timely feedback, communication, and support to candidates. • Track and analyze recruitment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of sourcing strategies, identify areas for improvement, and provide data-driven recommendations to optimize the recruitment process. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders. •Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings •Ensuring that all the data are properly kept and updated. • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
