• Job Details:Job description: - Identify and source reliable international suppliers for a diverse range of materials based on customer needs and market conditions. - Negotiate prices, terms, and conditions with suppliers to achieve cost-effective procurement while maintaining quality standards. - Evaluate and select suppliers based on their ability to meet quality, delivery, and price requirements. - Place and manage purchase orders for materials according to customer requirements. - Process purchase orders with suppliers according to the agreed terms with each supplier and manage all sales-related processes. - Track and expedite shipments to ensure timely delivery and resolve any issues related to delays or discrepancies. - Follow up with Logistics/Accounting to ensure orders are released from Customs and invoiced on time. - Monitor and update order status to keep internal teams and customers informed of progress. - Respond to inquiries from customers regarding product availability, pricing, and order status. - Develop and strengthen relationships with both existing and new customers, as well as suppliers, to understand their needs and address any issues. - Manage customer/client accounts, maintaining knowledge of key account status and following up on outstanding invoices and receivables. - Maintain precise and systematic documentation of all purchasing activities, including purchase orders, contracts, supplier agreements, and shipment records, to ensure seamless coordination across departments and address any potential issues or audits effectively. - Generate and prepare weekly, monthly, and annual reports on sales and order status.
