• Job Details:Creating material requirements plan for each project in coordination with project time schedule.  Making sure purchasing orders are created on scheduled time and with the correct quantity based on project design BOQ and MRP.  Ensuring materials meet specifications, quality standards, and are cost-efficient.  Ensuring the consistent and adequate supply of materials necessary for project progress.  Coordinating with other departments regarding progress goals, timelines, and supplier payments.  Reporting to PMs Weekly with purchasing orders contents to be delivered on site and if there is any delay in material delivery and the action plan to be taken.  Scheduling and overseeing the supply and delivery of materials and products.  Managing inventory issues, schedule changes, and cancellations.  Preparing cost estimates and weekly budget requirements reports.
