• Job Details:I. Accounts Payable Specialist: Duties & Responsibilities: • Completes payments and controls expenses by receiving, processing, verifying, and reconciling invoices.Manage all accounting transactions. • Prepare daily cash position. • Handle monthly closings. • Reconcile accounts payable. • Ensure timely bank payments. • Compute taxes and prepare tax returns. • Audit financial transactions and documents. III. Accounts Receivable Specialist: Duties & Responsibilities: • Process accounts and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures. • Perform day-to-day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting and recording accounts receivables’ data. • Prepare bills, invoices and bank deposits. • Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted. • Verify discrepancies by and resolve clients’ billing issues. • Facilitate payment of invoices due by sending bill reminders and contacting clients. • Generate financial statements and reports detailing accounts receivable status. II. General Accountant: Duties & Responsibilities: • Review & check sales reports from branches. • Review & check branches expenses. • Prepare & calculate commission for sales staff. • Help in monthly closings and preparation of monthly financial statements.

• Job Details:- Prepare journal entries. - Prepare general ledger statements. - Bank reconciliation. - Prepare daily sales report . - Preparation of checks and other payment forms to vendors to ensure timely payment. - Assist with month and year-end closings. - Reconcile accounts payable transactions. - Follow up, collection and allocation of payments. - Carry out billing, collection and reporting activities according to specific deadlines.
