• Job Details:Responsible for managing the full employee life cycle including assisting with the hiring selection of incoming management trainee class, managing/coordination of candidate interviews, job offers and contract preparations, benefits enrollment and management, maintaining a comprehensive filing system, payroll administration, managing employee benefits, finalizing performance evaluation processes, setting learning and development plans, managing day-to-day HR activities, processing exit interviews, conducting talent acquisition and recruitment processes, and ensuring compliance with labor regulations.
