• Job Details:- Handling accounts payable (A/P) and accounts receivable (A/R), ensuring accurate financial records. - Monitoring client collections to ensure timely payments and minimize outstanding receivables. - Communicating with clients to follow up on due invoices and sending payment reminders. - Recording collections in the accounting system and ensuring they match account balances. - Using Al-Ameen Accounting System to manage and monitor account balances. - Reconciling bank account balances and ensuring proper documentation of transactions. - Issuing electronic invoices through the Egyptian Tax Authority system. - Preparing monthly and quarterly tax reports in compliance with Egyptian tax regulations. - Monitoring general expenses, including utilities, annual memberships, commercial registration, and tax payments. - Preparing periodic reports on collection status and analyzing aging receivables to take appropriate actions. - Assisting in the preparation of balance sheet reports and financial statements.
