I carry a bachelor's degree in English literature and translation skills. Right after graduation, I started working in advertising and marketing where I was conducting and executing marketing strategies. Then, I got this opportunity to travel to Turkey and work there as an English teacher and HR specialist. - I worked as an HR specialist for one year in Turkey where I managed to make new changes to the workplace through throwing regular completions and events to create harmony among the employees, and motivating them by suggesting extra benefits in order to enhance their loyalty towards the company. - I worked as an English teacher for 2 years in Egypt and Turkey, and one of my key responsibilities was to communicate with the parents; answer their questions, and send them weekly reports. - My experience includes teaching for young learners and adults which has helped me to enhance my patience.
