• Job Details:Manages appointment and resource reservations for all medical specialty, including patient bookings, diagnostic services, medical assessment reservation and specialist consultations. Coordinates scheduling systems to improve workflow efficiency and reduce waiting times the identification card. Maintains accurate and secure patient records in line with legal and regulatory standards Supports the use and administration of Electronic Health Records Prepares statistical, operational reports for internal and external stakeholders Assists with billing data entry, insurance claim processing, and cost tracking Supports preparation of financial reports, budget tracking, and reconciliation of service charges. Coordinates with the finance department to ensure accuracy in patient accounts and service-related revenue
