• Job Details: Developing and delivering talent and organization development strategies across ITWORX to ensure a high performing, highly engaged and diverse workforce with the right capabilities to deliver on the company's growth strategy – globally for 1000 employees  Identify and understand business challenges and opportunities, and deliver 'fit for purpose' talent and OD strategies and solutions to improve workforce performance and a culture of engagement  Strategize and create initiatives including: Performance Management transformation, Development Strategy at the individual level, Graduate Programs, Talent Assessment and Succession Planning, Employee Engagement, Talent Metrics and Analytics, Introduce systems and processes, create a Compensation Philosophy, and other programs.  Create manager and leader development strategies to amplify leadership capabilities  Coach and mentor key talent, managers and leaders  Lead the global Talent, Corporate Communications, Facility and Administration organization of 20+ employees
