• Job Details:Monitor daily bank movements via online banking systems. Prepare transfer and balances reports and submit them to the line manager. Track and manage guarantees (primary, final, advance payment) and facilitate letters of credit. Oversee deposits, investment funds, and the recovery of investment documents. Process check disbursements to fund the company's treasury. Manage the company's daily treasury activities and prepare related reports. Handle salary payments on a monthly basis. Maintain accurate financial records by preparing daily treasury entries, settlements, and reviewing bank balance reconciliations. Archive important records and documents. Prepare value added tax (VAT) decisions and generate electronic invoices.
