• Job Details:• Getting the best ocean freight offer among different shipping lines to present the solution to our shippers and consignees • Following up the updates of the shipment till it arrive safely to the POL or to the AP if it is air shipment • Solving all problems and issues may happen and affect the shipment negatively • Coordinate the payment (we usually collect a dawn payment from the shipper) • Quoting from our agents world wide to send our clients the best rates given • Quoting from truckers and custom clearance agents whatever it is export or import shipment • Handling customers and operation team mistakes happen at any stage of the shipment whatever in the stage of pick up, arrival to the port, custom clearance procedures and with the shipping line and try as possible as I can to decrease the losses
