    • Job Details:As a former ESL ( English as a Second Language ) Instructor , surely I was required to be both fluent and accurate in the language , needless to speak about time management and classroom management , but it was easy for me as I was dealing with adults , this is for the instructing part . As for the skills ; communication skills is a main need and surely conversational skills and educational skills , so the good instructor has to hold both the information and the performance . One more important thing is about the harmony between you and your students , it should be there , cause acquiring language is not about spoiling some words and grammar rules inside the students' heads , but it's about loving what you do and make them love it to kinda intended learning - thank God I managed to do this not only by the book provided by the institute but also with websites , songs , videos , games , and workout sheets , all in all , my students successfully reached out their goals happily and proudly , some of them are still in touch with me , here it comes another important point ... That is building a long lasting relation with the student , you are not serving them to end it all up once you've finished the course , but you befriend them in order to facilitate the instructing process to you and to get the ease of learing the language for them as well . About the salary it was about how many groups I was having , so I got paid 300 L.E for each group , and 250 for the private courses , my salary's got raised anyway as my groups increased . About the working hours , once I finish my groups each day I could go home , why have I left this job ?? I'm afraid I can't tell :) After lefting that one I worked for ASEB Academy with children and teenagers for two months , then the branch here was set up ! My salary there was 3000 by the way... I loved the work there for it needed much more effort , time accuracy , being extremely patient and keep smiling for the pupils no matter what's happening, just be cool ! Before this and that I was an English tutor in school days , in the college while just to train myself . In summer days I've been working as sales assistant in clothes shops as I really loved that , but unfortunately I can not do this anymore cause of our society's mentality regarding looking at an Instructor selling in a clothes or whatever shop ! And by the way I don't mind this but my parents do . :/ I don't like to talk about the salary as last time was about two years ago .
