• Job Details:- Follow up e-mails and special requests. - Follow up with drivers. - Follow up on the fresh desk within the SLA. - Assist and monitor the new drivers to avoid a high percentage of not delivered orders.- - Validating the Not Delivered orders. - Responsible for creating daily, weekly & monthly reports for drivers’ performance & total of delivered orders. - Communicate with all stick - holders to finalize pending cases & simplify complicated process. - Creating competitive activities between drivers to achieve monthly target.
