• Job Details:1- Preforming material planning for different work orders required for production using BOCAD software. 2- Extracing input data for the batch from IFS ERO-system and perform angle and plate nesting with minimum waste to meet cost and profitability goals. 3- Upon approval, release the necessary documents to production planning section to load the machines.

Production Planning engineerFull Time

• Job Details:1- Perform detailed time study for each product. 2- Develop production schedule detailing all tasks according to the plan set by the planning manager. 3- Monitor jobs to ensure they will finish on time. 4- Address issue when they arise and suggest solutions. 5- Prepare and submit status and performance reports.

Production EngineerInternship

• Job Details:1. Documentation (Daily reports for material consuming and downtimes..Monthly reports for total downtimes causes and results). 2. Daily checks on (cooling system, oil and lubrication system and electricity). 3. Monitoring product quality. 4. Supervise dies and machines maintenance for mechanical or electrical breakdowns. 5. Prepare work orders for each machine and check the availability of row materials with inventory.
