Provide guidance to new hires on onboarding procedures. Ensure a smooth transition from recruitment to employment. Track and report recruitment metrics to optimize processes. Identify areas for improvement in sourcing and hiring strategies.

• Job Details:Recruit, train, and manage a team of AIESEC members. Set clear objectives, delegate tasks, and ensure accountability. Foster a positive and motivating team culture. Oversee the planning and execution of projects aligned with AIESEC’s programs. Ensure alignment with AIESEC’s vision, values, and strategies. Track progress and optimize team performance based on KPIs. Conduct regular one-on-one meetings and feedback sessions. Provide mentorship, training, and growth opportunities for team members. Collaborate with other teams within AIESEC. Maintain relationships with external partners, universities, and alumni. Monitor team performance and provide reports on progress.
