• Job Details:• Monitoring and reviewing all programs to meet the network guidelines and schedules. • Coordinating with other departments in network such as central management, creative department, play out and editorial teams for each program. • Arranging channel grids, promos and news bar to ensure they meet the network guidelines. • Screening the programs to ensure they adhere to the network's expectations for performance and quality. • Viewing new shows and, through focus groups, audience surveys and feedback, suggesting adjustments. • Reviewing existing shows as well to meet viewer preferences and interests. • Assisting in the development of short and long term plans for programs, monitoring progress, assuring adherence and evaluating performance. • Working closely with the directors and other production staff when it comes to producing or shooting particularly new TV shows.

• Job Details:* Writing news stories for broadcast from written or recorded notes supplied by reporting staff, news agencies and websites. * Reviewing and evaluating written or recorded notes obtained from reporting staff to isolate pertinent facts and details. * Determining a story's emphasis, length, and format, and organizing material accordingly. * Investigating breaking news developments, such as disasters, crimes, or human-interest stories. * Gathering information about events through research, interviews, experience, or attending at political, news, sports, artistic, social, or other functions. * Reviewing, copying and correcting errors in content, grammar, and punctuation, following prescribed editorial style and formatting guidelines. * Reading reports and brief news (VO). * Editing (via Adobe Premiere Pro CS5) or assisting in editing videos for broadcast.
