• Job Details:- Carrying out research on selected aspects of the projects, operations, and other activities. - Contributing to the preparation of various written outputs, e.g. concept notes, reports, publications, etc. - Preparing and undertaking outreach activities like events and workshops. - Prepare for and coordinating technical meetings with various counterparts. - Supporting in handling administration and procurement needs.

Community Support SpecialistFull Time

• Job Details:- Handling tickets on all Swvl's communication channels. - Handling Support Shifts & Tasks assigned by Community Operations Manager. - Survey customers needs and report it to all necessary teams. - Report Technical Issues to the Technical Team. - Report all Drivers concerns to Quality Team.
