- Job Details:• Responsible for onboarding /orientation process for new hires and ensure all the new hires have good understating and subscribe to company’s core ethics and values. • Providing new hires with guidelines as needed. • Updating the presentation of orientation quarterly after sending to the business line asking for their final updates. • Presenting, and sending the orientation presentation to the newcomers once joining the company. • Encouraging and coordinate for making team building activities for company employees under the Talent Head supervision. • Responsible for the internship program, and trainee’s enrolment and needs during their internship period in the company. • Work closely with the Talent Head on career coaching and mentorship programs in the company. • Responsible for posting job vacancies on the career’s website and different social media channels. • Screening CVs and conducting HR Interviews for external applicants using the company’s competency model. • Act as a link between company & recruitment agencies / headhunter/ online recruitment sites when needed. • Attending and helping in organizing all employment fairs that the company participates in, to present the company to the potential candidate pool, collecting CVs, holding on-site interviews if necessary. • Responsible for editing and updating the organization charts in all departments in the company.

- Job Details:•Generating new leads for potential clients via email , phone and meetings. •Creating sources and developing a pool of qualified candidates • Arrange interviews and make any necessary arrangements for pre-employment checks and test • Post openings in different places and advertisements, with professional organizations and in other positions appropriate venues. •Headhunting - identifying and approaching suitable candidates •Review resume credentials for appropriateness of skills, experience, and knowledge in relation to position requirements. • Conduct Initial phone interviews with complete, accurate, and inspiring information to candidates about the company and position. • Interview the candidates in a face-to-face interview based on Competencies Based Interview. •Confirm the final interview date and time and follow up with the candidates. •Calibrating the interviews with the client.
