• Job Details:Main duties as a CFO at Takamul Group Company:  Financial & Strategic Planning  Growth & Expansion Strategies  Profitability & Cost Analysis  Overall responsible for the finance department for more than 6 years, working as a financial controller and monitoring all the duties and tasks related to the finance department.  Set and enforced financial/ accounting policies and procedures in compliance with the GAAP and the Egyptian tax laws.  Manage the yearly end closing process in compliance with the annual audit and annual tax report.  Supervise and review all financial statements from companies to prepare consolidated statements.  Act as the main point of contact for the bank approvals, tax adviser, lawyer and Auditors for more than 6 years.  Overseeing the costing, Treasury, payable, Taxation and G/L functions.  Initiating & Managing Cost reduction plans.  Preparing feasibility studies for any capital expenditure.  Handling, ensure smooth and timely Corporate, Internal and external Auditor resolving all audit issues.  Drive and control the budgeting process ensuring that the approved budget is effectively used.  Support & Coordinate with other Business Units related financial matters.  Finance and fund raising (Short term loans, LCs, LGs, secured long and short term debts, leasing.  Working capital, treasury and cash flow management.  Negotiate with Vendors, Customers, Banks, and/or who it may concern with business.  Strong experience in financial forecast, financial statements, financial analysis and reporting, account reconciliations.  Extensive knowledge of all related Egyptian laws such as, Tax laws, Trade law, Companies law, Investment law, Labor law, etc.  Managing all financial and accounting cycle.
