• Job Details:• Leading and guiding tourists from different nationalities. • Helping guests to finish all arrival and departure proceedings at Cairo & Marsa Matrouh international airports. • Dealing with different equipments, travel agents, airlines agencies, ticketing offices, transport companies, hotels “with their different departments (reception, concierge, marketing, security, food & beverage) and ministries of tourism and interior. • Providing guests with best services and clear information to achieve highest level of guests’ satisfaction. • Dealing with unsatisfied guests and providing them with satisfactory solutions. • Following-up on guest complaints and requests to assure implementation. • Respect and apply company’s vision and making a good public image for the company.
