• Job Details:Thinking ahead, analysing the current situation, and formulating a written business development , this can be accomplished through: 1. Setting sales targets. 2. Providing my team with stimulating and supportive environment and putting together our marketing plan to achieve financial target. 3. Maintaining and increasing standards of customer service 4. Driving team performance 5. Ensure that the system developed and used in the laboratory provide quality laboratory services for all aspects of test performance 6. Ensure that the physical plant and environmental conditions of the laboratory are appropriate for the testing performed and provide a safe environment in which employees are protected from physical , chemical , and biological hazards 7. Ensure that the methodologies selected have the capability of providing the quality of results required for patient care 8. Ensure that all necessary remedial actions are taken and documented 9. Ensure that reports of test results include pertinent information required for interpretation 10. Ensure that consultation is available to the laboratory's clients on matters relating to the quality of the test results reported and their interpretation concerning specific patient conditions 11. Ensure that prior to testing patient's specimens; all personnel have the appropriate education and experience, receive the appropriate training for the type and complexity of the services offered. 12. Ensure that policies and procedures are established for monitoring individuals 13. Ensure that an approved procedure manual is available to all personnel responsible for any aspect of the testing process 14. Specify, in writing, the responsibilities and duties of each consultant and each person, engaged in the lab performance. 15. Resolving technical problems and ensuring that remedial actions are taken whenever system deviate from the laboratory's established performance specifications 16. Ensuring that patient test results are not reported until all corrective actions have been taken. 17. Identifying training needs and assuring that each individual performing tests receives regular in-service training and education appropriate for the type and complexity of the laboratory services performed 18. Evaluating the competency of all testing personnel and assuring that the staff maintain their competency to perform test procedures and report test results promptly , accurately and proficiently
