RIW in south of greater DOHA zone 90 to 95 phase – 6B The projects Scope of work include the following activities: Site Clearance and mobilization, Procurement, Installation of foul sewers (including micro tunnelling as required), storm water, TSE distribution systems, Installation of public utilities, Potable water, Electricity, Telecommunications/ITS, Installation of street lighting electrical cables, Earth works, Temporary traffic marking and road signs, Highway construction including roads, irrigation systems, footways, cycle ways and hard landscaping and Installation of road signing and street lighting poles Duties and Responsibilities:  Lead the Safety Team and implementing the SMS.  Maintaining and enhancing KEIC reputation with our clients and developing effective long-term client relationships.  Monitoring safety procedures, determine cause of unsafe condition, with corrective action recommendations.  Carries out a daily detailed ‘walk through’ to ensure full implementation of contractor’s method statement.  Supports the Top Management in the HSE Policy and Guidelines issue.  Supports the Top Management in the Organization roles and responsibilities definition, concerning safety aspects.  Supports the Top Management in the HSE Management System standard issue.  Ensures, in accordance with the corporate guidelines, the implementation, updating, review and auditing of the Company HSE Systems.  Monitors the effective implementation of appropriate Safety and Environment System procedures.  Facilitate with the local authority the approval for all environmental and health permits as per QCS2014 and MMUP requirement (Dewatering, Excavation, micro-tunnelling, stack pilling, compaction, screening, clinic, crushers, general environmental permits, etc.  Motivate all Company personnel to the importance of complying with Company system and all Safety procedures.  Assists the Commercial, Engineering and Operations Department in all issues concerned with Health and Safety at work.  Conducts safety audits both internal and external.  Takes part in accident / incident investigation.  Carries out analysis of accident / incident statistics, identifying trends and suggesting improvement plans.  Provides technical support to Senior Management on any safety related subjects.  Carries out any in-house safety training.  Carries out safety audits on contractors.  Liaises between Clients on safety related issues.  Safeties related engineering input into new projects and modification programs.  Chairs the HAZOP meetings prior to procurement and installation activities

A five star Hotel Apartments & Residence with resort amenities, with a total built-up area of 157,000 m2, 13 floors P. 388: "Huqqa & The Market", "Bibo & Piazza" and "La Bodega" at Al Gassar Resort Ballroom Area - Doha - Fit out works, Renovation, P procurement, Construction, Completion, and Maintenance of the Ball room. P. 377: The Commercial Development Project is located in the Marina (COM-13), Lusail, on an area of about 12,541 m2, 33 floor P. 373: Aspire Academy Project located at the Aspire Zone, Doha. Construction, Completion and Maintenance of the Aspire Academy Expansion, to execute demolition, alterations and construction of additional (3) buildings, along with electromechanical and landscaping works, including external services. With a total built up area of 53502 m2 P. 374: New Port Project -Port Building and Infrastructure Package 2; Construction of (7) buildings and associated infrastructure at the new Hamad Port Project, Mesaieed, State of Qatar. Total Area around 33,832 m2. P.369: New Port Project -Centralized Customs Inspection Area (CCIA). Total BUA of 75,201 m2 and a plot area of 860,000 m2. The project Scope of work include the following activities: Total base build works, all interior finishes, complete electromechanical works/building services, specialists systems such as vertical transportationlifts, waste disposal-garbage chute, external works, signage, impact protection system, external services such as plumbing and drainage-foul and surface water, irrigation system, connection to authority mains for a complete and operative building ready for its intended purpose.
