Operations Senior Officer (Branches)

• Job Details:Handling all types of customers’ requests i.e. account opening, saving portfolios, standing instructions, etc. Receiving complaints from customers, register them and then deliver to the concerned department. Ensure service excellency. Handling all branch operations (on individuals and corporate accounts) such as: open all types of accounts (current, savings, time deposits, saving certificates). Executing all transactions for individual accounts (daily requests, internal and external transfers, ach transfers, managing portfolio, advising the client with the best investment on the account). Issuing cashier cheques and approved cheques. Issuing of debit and credit cards, e-wallets, e-banking, overdrafts, secured and unsecured loans, cheque books and fx requests. Implementing e-finance requests (taxes and insurance). Implementing all the branch reports (daily report, cash collateral, export earnings). Handling special rate accounts and getting their approvals from treasury department then feeding the system with the rates /period manually and following up with the validation of their approvals. Introduce, explain, sell, cross sell and up sell bank services. Managing portfolios of large corporates and wealth v.i.p individual customers. Dealing with payroll service for large corporates, granting the best offer for the company and the employees. Awareness of competitors’ services, products and ability to show points of strength. Achieve targets.

Treasury Back Office Specialist

• Job Details:Applying all foreign exchange deals confirmed by the dealing room department. Implementing t-bills, t-bonds, etc. Review and verify daily securities’ entries into the bank’s automated system. Review and settle treasury bills and treasury bonds on the bank’s core system.
