Maintenance Supervisor

• Job Details:Supervise routine, preventive, and breakdown maintenance of extrusion machinery including extruders, die heads, quenching units, godets, winders, and control panels. Monitor and ensure proper alignment, temperature control, and calibration of critical components to maintain filament quality and production efficiency. Oversee mechanical systems such as gearboxes, motors, bearings, and conveying systems related to the extrusion process. Supervise electrical maintenance activities, including troubleshooting of control panels, PLCs, VFDs, temperature controllers, and other automation systems. Coordinate with instrumentation teams for timely repair and calibration of sensors, thermocouples, and load cells. Plan and supervise maintenance schedules for utility equipment and systems. Lead a team of technicians across shifts; assign maintenance tasks, provide technical guidance, and ensure adherence to safety protocols. Maintain equipment history, maintenance logs, and downtime reports using manual records. Plan spare parts inventory and coordinate with procurement for critical items. Support installation, commissioning, and modification of extrusion lines or auxiliary equipment.

Assistant Manager Projects

• Job Details:Lead and support the planning, execution, and completion of capital and facility expansion projects in pharmaceutical manufacturing environments. Coordinate with cross-functional teams including engineering, production, QA/QC, and procurement to ensure timely and compliant project execution. Supervise the installation, commissioning, and qualification of new equipment, HVAC systems, cleanrooms, and utility systems (like WFI, HVAC, compressed air, etc.). Prepare project schedules, budgets, and technical specifications; monitor project progress and ensure alignment with GMP and regulatory standards. Manage contractors and vendors, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, timelines, and quality benchmarks. Collaborate with validation teams to ensure smooth handover of systems for operational use and regulatory approval.

Assistant Manager Mechanical (Process Improvement)

• Job Details:Developing and implementing mechanical procedures and policies to ensure that equipment and facilities are maintained in good working order. Ensure all machinery operates efficiently and downtime is minimized. Coordinate with other departments to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met. Conduct performance evaluations and provide training and development opportunities. Implement and maintain quality control procedures for mechanical processes. Monitor and control expenses to stay within budget limits. Ensure regular inspections and maintenance are carried out to prevent equipment failure. Quickly address any mechanical failures to minimize production downtime. Implement changes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve product quality. Conduct regular safety audits and risk assessments.
