Recruitment and Talent Acquisition: - Collaborate with department heads to identify staff hiring needs and develop job descriptions. - Supervising the recruitment process including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening then interviewing. - Issuing Job offers for the accepted candidates and coordinating with them starting hiring date. - Measuring and improving the actual performance of the employees after the tree months stationary period. Organization development: - Designing and updating the Organization Chart (OC) using Visio Program. - Creation of Job Analysis and conducting new Job Descriptions for the new positions & updating the existing Job descriptions of the current positions. Private health insurance: - Responsible for the management of private health insurance contract between Tankoil company and the selected medical insurance company in addition to following up the accelerate of employees’ approval requests and solve their problems. - Handle all the medical insurance issues for (new hires, monthly chronic cases, approvals, complaints, refunds, emergency funds) in addition to the payments on a quarterly basis and supervising the annual renewal. Payroll: - Monitor payroll and benefits administration in coordination with the finance team - Calculating Overtime according to different Job Categories - Verify attendance and leave balances calculations. - Calculating of different travel allowance for different Job Categories according to company Policy. Performance Management: - Supervise the implementation of performance appraisals. - Work with department managers to set clear goals and monitor employee progress. - Monitoring employee’s performance through setting KPI’s and objectives for every job. - Identify training needs and support career development plans.
