• Job Details:Monitor training of new staff on shift, ensure new employees are properly registered and able to pick up a job, ensure new employees are properly licensed, directing and supporting employees during the shift, ensuring that employees provide quality customer service and responding to customer concerns.

Invoicing Clerk

• Job Details:Create invoices for customers with the agreed-upon amount for goods or services purchased, ensure customers pay these invoices and follow up on outstanding payments, maintain accurate records of all invoices and payments.
