• Job Details: Preparing the project Baselines (time, cost) with resource loading and levelling, Project budget set-up and cost control.  Progress update and cash flow integration based on earned value methods.  Preparing project Plans, and Procedures (Project Execution plan, Risk management plan, etc.).  Preparing the Recovery, and Revised schedules for the project sites.  Review overall project status with the Project Management team and recommend corrective action where necessary.  Provide planning and cost controlling support for all projects which includes variation reporting, monitoring of milestone progress to the preparation of customer billing processes, etc.  Develop resource-loaded critical path network schedules, provide percent complete, budget, recorded costs, commitments, forecasts, and earned value analysis. Prepare monthly reports, earn value resource analysis, cash flow, analyzing delays and developing recovery plans to mitigate delays.
