Develop action plans in response to clients’ needs and adhere to customers’ complaints. Setting and controlling the department's yearly budget. Monitor 3PL provider performance against agreed service levels, generate KPIs, and provide regular management reports. Continuous improvement for the team members throughout setting SLAs, KPIs, and SOPs. Managing freight forwarders' issues and booking containers on shipping lines.
