• Job Details:Providing positive leadership on HSE matters within the Site Project Teams and promote the adoption of best practice Promoting an enthusiastic HSE culture that delivers positive commitment to and engages all employees in continuous improvement in HSE performance Monitoring and reporting on the effectiveness of the HSE Management system and progress against the HSE Performance Standards Acting as a focal point to support the local Site Management Team in the implementation of the 3 P Plan.  The development, ownership and implementation of Projects HS procedures and arrangements. Providing advice and guidance on all HSE matters. Providing support for nominated company representatives in their dealings with regulatory agency and interface as required. Conducting HSE walks and record findings and report to Construction Manager the outcome of these reviews. Drafting and reviewing all project HSE plans and documentation Identifying hazards and following up with close outs to minimise accidents on site. Acting as a focal point for all safety issues throughout the construction contract by reviewing contractor's safety submittals, visiting the site, chairing the weekly safety meetings, following up on non-conformances, and taking a lead role in ensuring the contractor complies with his approved Safety. Ensuring that Operation complies with all relevant safety, quality and environmental management policies, procedures and controls across all operations and support function and all projects, to guarantee employee safety, legislative compliance, delivery of highquality products/service and a responsible environmental Ensuring that all permits are acquired from MOI, ASHGHAL, or from the client on a timely basis Focal point on accident investigation, supporting and supplying the investigation department with appropriate information when need arises. Acting as a link between the contractor and client on issues related to health and safety.

Hse EngineerFull Time

• Job Details:Leading the development of the Project Safety Plan (PSP). Responsible for planning, managing and scheduling for assigned projects. Providing the project with health and safety expertise, advise and ensures the project is in compliance with corporate H & S requirements. Advising on potential hazards at work site and bring out mitigation plans on how to navigate about this hazards. Supporting the snr PM and PM in implementing the PSP efficiently that led to the reduction of accident rates in the company for about 50%  Checking safety requirements in the Method Statements and monitor the implementation during construction. Checking proper maintenance, calibration and operation of all safety equipment. Responsible for implementing and overseeing traffic control operations, lane closures, road closures, setting signs and devices, per MHT's and in compliance with local, state and federal rules and regulations. Update and maintain departmental records every day. Designing and implementing work methods as well as procedures to ensure road safety. Coordinating traffic functions after hour emergency call-backs. Scheduling, assign plus inspect sign fabrication, replacement and installation. Log in and update work orders, signs, payroll as well as marking inventories in computer database.

Hse EngineerFull Time

• Job Details:Monitoring all project activities and ensure that works are carried our as per Project HSE plan, WZTMG and in compliance with national and international laws and legislation. Ensures site traffic management is as per approved Traffic Diversion Plan (TDP) Refines and implements health and safety programs and systems as directed by HSE manager. Drives together with his team regular job site safety inspections and conducts special studies and investigations related to safety and health for the company. Provides support to all company and assign project departments regarding safety training. Aims to enhance incident investigation and sharing learnings approach Acts as primary resource for Occupational Risk Assessment activities Responsible for OHSAS procedures on project site and works with team to facilitate updates Monitors national regulations and other international requirements on safety aspects and provides guidance on business impacts from any relevant updates Provides guidance for deployment of safe work practices during major maintenance activities Allocates his resources in an efficient way so as to cover implementation, monitoring and follow up for critical elements of occupational Safety Assisting the Consultant and the HSE Manager to provide a safe and effective work environment. Conduct HSE inspections, walk-through, and report the findings Collect data, review incidents, analyse trends, and recommends corrective and preventive actions Preparing & Maintaining daily & Monthly HSE report & Statistics
