• Job Details:Support all software that we have in Call Center. Setup, management, diagnosis, troubleshooting, and maintenance of Company Computers’ Hardware and Software, Printers, and Networks. Replacing parts when it is required. Testing and evaluating new technology. Conducting electronically safety checks on computer equipment. Ensure work on Social media and online marketing. Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related study. VPN - VOIP Connection. Excellent Network Deployment and Trouble-shooting skills. Experience with Operating Systems (Win XP,7, 8) and MS Office. Experience with Computer Hardware Troubleshooting and Maintenance. Excellent Organizational and Time Management skills. Good Command of English Language.
