• Job Details:• Consistently and successfully provide IT 1st level support. • Document maintenance for all computer systems and system infrastructure • Windows 2008R2 & 2012R2 implementation, administration and monitoring • NAS storage administration • Perform AD Site, Organizational Unit (OU), Users and Groups, and Group Policy management • Perform daily system monitoring, verify the integrity and availability of all hardware, server resources, systems and key processes, review system and application logs, and verify completion of scheduled jobs such as backups • Administrating Antivirus server ( Kaspersky ) • Lead desktop and helpdesk support efforts, making sure all desktop applications, workstations, and related equipment problems are resolved in a timely manner • Administrating Backup Server ( Acorns Enterprise ) • Perform routine/scheduled audits of the systems, including all backups • Administration (Fort iGATE). • Maintain internal infrastructure requirements including, laptop and desktop computers, servers, routers, switches, firewalls, printers, support internet, intranet, LANs, WANs, and network segments • Office 365 administration • Very good experience in managing and administration for O365 Suites (SharePoint Online, Planner, teams, one drive….) • Efficiently manage, upgrade, troubleshoot and maintain the Microsoft Exchange mail server system • Make recommendations for future upgrades

Detect and troubleshoot malfunctions/faults • Analyze the engineering personnel’s IT requests/needs, and convert them into Purchase Requisitions • Ensure the Implementation/Observance of the Company’s policies and procedures in the IT/IS domain • Act in alignment with user needs and system functionality to contribute to organizational policy. • Direct and organize IT-related projects • Participate in the design and implementation of Network Infrastructure and Computer Systems • Design, develop, implement and coordinate systems, policies and procedures. • Approve purchases of technological equipment and software and establish partnerships with IT providers • Monitoring and reporting “Evaluation, KPIs, IT Budget” • Perform random IT Audits by performing visits to sites/personnel on regular basis. • Set objectives for the IT department. • Very good experience in managing and administration for O365 Suites (SharePoint Online, Planner, teams….) • Leads the deployment of an ERP (MS SharePoint online) system and IT tools Applications within the company. • 3 years' of experience working on SharePoint development • Capability to build and edit pages, libraries, complex custom lists, column formulas, customize workflows and manage permissions and content based on requirements • Basic knowledge of SharePoint Designer 2010, SharePoint Designer 2013, InfoPath 2013 • Good listening and problem solving skills for gathering requirements from various groups and providing viable solutions • The ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
