• Job Details:Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Maintain and reconcile the general ledger and ensure accurate financial records. Support month-end and year-end closing processes. Ensure compliance with healthcare financial regulations and GAAP standards. Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial planning. Conduct variance analysis and report on financial performance. Coordinate and support internal and external audits. Monitor hospital revenues, expenses, and cost allocations. Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processes as needed. Collaborate with clinical and administrative departments on financial matters. Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard assets. Mentor and provide guidance to junior accounting staff.
