• Job Details:Efficient handling of payments/ receipt sorting of local and foreign currencies (cash). Entry of cash opening posting of all payments and receipts. Printing of cash balance statements and tallying of physical cash with general ledger balance. Obtaining accounts summary teller cash and reserve cash at day end. Handling of utility bills according to SOP. Preparing cash management report as per SBP guidelines. ATM operations and reconciliation. To facilitate the customers (both existing & walk ins) in their cash dealings with the bank and provide them services at the comfort level beyond their expectation.

Teller Service Officer (TSO)

• Job Details:All type of data inputting like receipt, payment, transfer, clearing. Enhance customer experience by providing quality service to customers diligently and efficiently within the banks defined turnaround time (TATs). Home remittance transactions. Daily cash balancing and reporting in line with internal and external SOPs as defined by the bank/ regulator. Utility bills collection. ATM replenishment and balancing. Cash receipt and payment. Vault cash management.
