• Job Details:Provide organizational structure for a general contractor focusing on commercial and industrial development. Prepare and maintain overall project work schedules and manage project activities. Sales correspondence and coordinating with other brands. Expedite receipt of submittals from subcontractors and vendors. Prepare and forward transmittals, and distribute returned submittals as needed. Coordination with procurement for material delivery to sites, allocation & payment follow-up for suppliers. Preparation of sub-contract payment certificates for labor supply and workmanship. Prepare all types of internal reports related to sales and operations on a daily, weekly, & monthly basis.
